Consider a time jump as inactiveness if greater than ... minutes
When you put your system on stand-by or have it hibernate for a specific
amount of time, the alarm clock doesn't exit. It can only know that the system
was inactive because of a sudden jump in time when the system wakes up. If the
time jump is larger than the one specified here, the alarm clock will consider
this as inactiveness and only sound the alarms that have the option 'Sound
alarm at start-up if missed while program was inactive' turned on. This
is the same behaviour as which would occur if the alarm clock exited while the
system was inactive.
